1. Introduction
Welcome to English with Trina.
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and delivery of all English language lessons and related services provided by English with Trina.
By booking a lesson or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Services
English with Trina provides personalised online English language coaching for learners aged 14 years and above.
Services may include:

Conversation English

Business English
-
Interview Preparation
-
Pronunciation Coaching
-
General English
-
Bespoke English Coaching
Lessons are delivered online via video conferencing software.
4. Booking Lessons
Lessons are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking.
English with Trina reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary.
5. Prices
All lesson prices are displayed in Euros (€).
Prices may be updated at any time; however, confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the price paid.
6. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Full payment is required before each lesson unless otherwise agreed in writing.
English with Trina does not store any payment card information.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in the lesson being forfeited without refund.
If English with Trina needs to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered either:

a full refund, or
-
an alternative lesson time.
8. Technical Issues
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

a stable internet connection,
-
a working microphone,
-
a camera (where appropriate), and
-
a quiet learning environment.
If technical issues arise on the client’s side, the lesson may continue where possible but will normally finish at the scheduled time.
If technical issues occur on the tutor’s side, every effort will be made to reschedule the affected lesson.
9. Lesson Recordings
Lessons must not be recorded without the prior written consent of both parties.
Where a lesson is recorded by mutual agreement, it may only be used for personal learning purposes and must not be distributed, shared, published or sold.
10. Learning Materials
All lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, exercises, downloadable resources and teaching materials remain the intellectual property of English with Trina.
They are provided solely for the personal use of the registered student and may not be copied, redistributed, published, uploaded online or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
11. Student Conduct
English with Trina is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive and professional learning environment.
Abusive, discriminatory, threatening or inappropriate behaviour may result in the immediate termination of lessons without refund.
12. Confidentiality
Any personal information shared during lessons will be treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
English with Trina cannot guarantee specific examination results, employment outcomes or language proficiency improvements, as progress depends on individual commitment, attendance and practice.
Liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the lesson or service in question, except where otherwise required by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
English with Trina reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on this website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

If you later sell lesson packages (for example, 10 lessons at a discounted rate), we can include:
