Refund Policy
 

At English with Trina, I aim to provide a fair and flexible service while respecting both the student’s and teacher’s time.
 

Trial Lessons
 

Trial lessons are non-refundable once they have taken place.
 

If cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the lesson may be rescheduled.
 

Individual Lessons
 

Lessons cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled or refunded.
 

Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the lesson are generally non-refundable.
 

Missed Lessons
 

If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered completed and no refund will be provided.
 

Teacher Cancellation
 

If I need to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between:

• A full refund, or

• Rescheduling the lesson at a mutually convenient time.
   

Technical Issues
 

If technical issues on my side prevent the lesson from taking place, the lesson will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

If technical issues occur on the student’s side, I will make reasonable efforts to continue the lesson or arrange an alternative where appropriate.
 

Payment
 

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
 

Refunds, where applicable, will be returned using the original payment method.

Late arrivals: If a student arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled end time unless otherwise agreed.
